The Support Operations Bureau consists of mainly civilian employees that handle many of the day to day operations of the Ocala Police Department.  These employees are invaluable to ensuring that The Ocala Police Department succeeds in its mission.  The Support Operations Bureau is managed by Major R. Smith rsmith@ocalapd.org and supervised by section supervisors.

The Support Operations Bureau includes the Records Section, 911 Communications Center, Training Section, Supply, Information Systems, Fiscal Management, Fleet Maintenance, and Building Maintenance.
