Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics
The Ocala Police Department proudly hosts the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics on April 28, 2010.
On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, the Marion County leg of the annual Law
Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics will kick off at the Ocala
Police Department, 402 S. Pine Ave., Ocala, FL. The runners will begin and
end their run at the OPD parking lot. The 5K run is to begin at 9:30am.
Following the run there will be a cookout in the southeast parking lot area of
the Department. Barbeque meals can be purchased for $5.00 each and drinks are
$1.00 each, with all the proceeds benefiting Special Olympics.

We invite everyone to come out and join the law enforcement agencies in our
area as we support our Special Olympians.
