| SHOOTING INCIDENT - FOLLOW UP |

Updated information on shooting incident from Wednesday, January 6, 2010.

Case #201000003818
In reference to the shooting incident on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at
approximately 4:30pm, the investigation is still continuing. Further updates
are as follows:
--The shooting victim, w/m Sean Fullwood, DOB 05/02/88, was treated and
released from the hospital. The injury from the gunshot was a
through-and-through to his upper right arm.
--One of the friends of Fullwood from the blue Honda was arrested and issued
an NTA (Notice To Appear) for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was
found to have a bag of marijuana on his person.
--The suspect vehicle where the shooting occurred is described as a dark gray
Mitsubishi Gallant, 4-dr, with tinted windows. Two black males had occuppied
it at the time of the incident. The identities of the black males is unknown
and the vehicle has not been located at this time.
