SHOOTING INCIDENT
Subject shot in the arm while in a vehicle in the 5700 block of SW 1st Lane.
Case #201000003818

On today's date, Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at approximately 4:30pm, a
shooting incident occurred. Agents from the Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement
Team (MADET) were in a vehicle driving eastbound in the 5900 block of SW 1st
Lane when they observed some suspicious activity. Some sort of altercation
occurred between persons in a vehicle two cars ahead of them. A white male
subject then jumped out of the vehicle - a silver Mitsubishi Gallant - and ran
to another vehicle in the line of cars behind it. The subject was seen to be
cradling his right arm as he ran.

Finding this activity suspicious, the agents made contact with the subjects in
the second car - a blue Honda 2-door. Upon making contact they found that the
subject who had jumped from one car to the other - identified as w/m Sean
Fullwood, DOB 05/02/88 - had a gunshot wound to his upper right arm.
Emergency Medical personnel responded and the subject was transported to a
local hospital for treatment of his wound.

Two other subjects were located in the blue Honda, and were found to be
friends of the shooting victim. In addition, officers found a bag in the
passenger area that appears to contain Marijuana.

At this time the investigation is continuing. Detectives were called to the
scene and are currently working the case. The gunshot wound has been found to
be non-life threatening. The subjects in the silver Mitsubishi Gallant had
already left the scene when the agents made contact with the persons in the
blue Honda, and have not yet been located.

Further updates will be provided as they become available. Anyone with
information about this incident is asked to call the Ocala Police Department
at 352-369-7000 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers of Marion County
at 352-368-7867(STOP) or go to www.ocalacrimestoppers.com
