Suspect in shooting incident from 07/23/09 was arrested on 07/25/09.
In reference to the shooting incident that occurred just before 1am on 07/23/09, a warrant for 1 count of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm was obtained on B/M Malcolm "Brian" Thomas B/M DOB: 11-03-89, 5'11", 160 lbs, Black Hair, Brown Eyes by Detective Matthew Bos.
On Saturday, 07/25/09, Thomas was arrested on the outstanding warrant and booked into the Marion County Jail. Thomas did bond out on that same date.
