| CARJACKING SUSPECT ARRESTED |

On 07/23/09, the truck taken and the suspect in the carjacking on that same date were located.

On July 23, 2009, at approximately 8:30pm, the suspect in the Carjacking incident from that same date was arrested. B/M Thomas Antonio Smith, Jr., DOB 12/24/78, was located back at the incident location, 1505 NW 19th Ct., Ocala, FL. He was booked into the Marion County Jail in one count of Carjacking.
The truck that was taken from the victim was located just after 5:00pm on this same date, as well, and returned to the victim.
