UPDATE ON SHOOTING INCIDENT
Detective Matt Bos has probable cause for the arrest of the suspect in the shooting on 07/23/09.
In reference to the shooting incident that occurred just before 1am this morning, Probable Cause now exists for the arrest of the suspect. The suspect is B/M Malcolm "Brian" Thomas B/M DOB: 11-03-89, 5'11", 160 lbs, Black Hair, Brown Eyes.

PC exists for Aggravated Battery with a Firearm and we are actively seeking to locate and arrest Thomas. Detective Matthew Bos is assigned to this case.
