A shooting occurred at Oakwood Mobile Home Park that resulted in injury to one person.
Ocala Police responded to a reported shooting that occurred at Oakwood Mobile Home Park located at 3387 W. SR 40 Lot 24. Upon arrival it was discovered that B/M Charles Brown DOB: 12-25-80, had been shot once in the left side. Brown was treated at the scene by Ocala Fire Rescue and Marion County Fire Rescue and was transported to Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fl. It is unknown what his condition is at the time of this writing.
The shooting occurred after an arguement between the victim and a b/m subject who is known to the victim and who fled the scene prior to the arrival of the Police.
