Case #201300017294

As of this time, 0926 hours on 1/31/13, I have been informed that Robert Patrick Hagerty has been located in Volusia County by the Daytona Beach Police Department in the care of a grandparent, however, the mother, Ktina Denise White has not yet been located.

Below is the original information in reference to the missing child alert that went out via FDLE on 1/30/13:
01-25-13 @ 0958 hours Ofc. M. Phillips and Sgt. J. Bienko responded to Deerwood Village, 1850 SE 18th Ave., Apt. #1806 for a well-being check of W/M Robert Patrick Hagerty, DOB 04/19/11, per DCF out of Tampa, FL.
The apartment is the residence of the child’s father, W/M Patrick Stuart Hagerty, DOB 10/16/75. The child was in the custody of his mother, W/F Ktina Denise White, DOB 01/17/86.
All 3 were located safe and DCF advised to release them as a well-being check only was requested. Officers cleared the scene at 1134 hrs.
At 1510 hrs, DCF called back indicating an emergency hearing had commenced and a juvenile pick-up order for the child, Robert Patrick Hagerty, was issued by a Hillsborough County Judge.
Officers went back to the apartment at that time and located no one.
At 1923 hours, officers made contact with the father at the apartment. He gave consent to search his apartment and neither mom nor child were located. The father advised that he did not know where they were.
The child was entered into FCIC as missing only. The child has medication which was supposed to run out sometime between 01-26-13 and 01-28-13. The medication is necessary for the well-being if the child.
Addresses in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando Counties were checked with negative results.
A security was placed upon the apartment with constant checks.
01-26-13 the father indicated he had been in contact with the mother via text messages. The mother indicated she was in New Port Richey.
More addresses in Pasco counties were checked with negative results.
01-30-13 a warrant for the mother was entered into FCIC for FTA by Hillsborough County. The father told officers he had been in contact with the mother through Facebook messaging. He allowed a search of his apartment again, but not his Facebook account. He denied knowledge of where the mother of child was.
DCF advised the child’s prescription was filled on 01-29-13 at Walgreen’s in Ormond Beach. OB Walgreen’s advised a male with the father’s description and identifying himself as the father filled the prescription.
Sgt. Bos met with the father at his Apt. He claimed to have filed the prescription on 01-14-13 at Walgreen’s, 807 E SS Blvd Ocala. He stated he has not left Ocala in several days. He denied filling the prescription in OB.
The child was entered with the Florida Emergency Missing Child Alert system with MCIC. This is one step below Amber Alert.
**Again, Robert Patrick Hagerty has been located and is well and unharmed.**
