The Citgo at 1517 SW 10th St. was robbed at knife-point on 1/17/13.

On 1/17/13 at approximately 8:07PM, officers responded to the Citgo Station at 1517 SW 10th St. in reference to a Robbery in progress. Upon arrival, Officer Curbelo made contact with the store clerk who advised that the subject had fled northbound on NW Martin Luther King,Jr. Blvd. from the store. Perimeter was set and a K-9 track attempted with negative results.

The store clerk reported that a black male, approximately 5'10" and 190 lbs., wearing a black hooded sweatshirt came in with a large kitchen knife in his hand. The suspect demanded money. He received an undetermined amount of money, placed it in a paper bag and fled the scene.
