Daughter sets her mom's car on fire.
The Ocala Police Department is searching for Yvonne Wilkerson for an arson case that occurred on 01-26-2012.
The Ocala Police Department is searching for Yvonne Wilkerson for an arson case that occurred on 01-26-2012.

On Thursday evening officers responded to 1651 SW 3rd Street in reference to a reported vehicle fire. Upon arrival Officers observed a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica fully engulfed in flames. The Ocala Fire Department responded and was able to distinguish the fire however another vehicle and a motorcycle were seriously damaged. The Ocala Fire Department also reported damage to the residence as a result of the vehicle fire.

Officer Andrew Ritz discovered that the victim Brenda Solomon advised her daughter Yvonne Wilkerson had made statements that she had started the fire. Officer Ritz was able to establish that Wilkerson was the person who started the fire and he made an attempt to locate her with negative results.

The Ocala Police Department is looking for Yvonne Wilkerson, B/F, 10-22-89, 411, 130 lbs., she was last seen driving a white 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix with Florida tag 9355JB. The vehicle is reported to have a donut style spare tire on the left rear side. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Wilkerson is encouraged to call the Ocala Police Department at 352-369-7000 or you can remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 352-368-STOP ( 7867 ). You may be eligible for a reward for any information leading to the arrest of Wilkerson.
