Enough is Enough Rally March 5, 2011 Gehrig Webb Field 1300 West Silver Springs Blvd. 10:00 AM
The first official event is scheduled as a result of community meetings hosted by the Ocala Police Department, as a collaborative effort between the police department and community leaders to address recent acts of violence. The group has named themselves Enough is Enough Task Force and is spearheaded by pastor Fulton Wilson.

Enough is Enough Rally to be held on March 5, 2011 at Gehrig Webb Field, 1300 West Silver Springs Blvd. The rally will be an awareness initiative for all of Marion County to provide resource information to Marion County families and our youth. Registration for the rally will begin at 9 AM. The rally will commence at 10 AM and adjourn at 1 PM.

There will be entertainment and lunch served as a courtesy from our sponsors.

The mission of “Enough is Enough Task Force” is to reduce the impact of violence by advocating policy, providing education, raising awareness and implementing prevention programs.

We are encouraging all members of the community to attend and join in the initiative to stop the violence and direct our youth to engage in safe responsible activities.

Vendors will be community organizations with programming that focus on opportunities for rally participants.
