THREE JUVENILES ARRESTED IN ARMED ROBBERY CASE
Three juveniles were arrested in an armed robbery that occurred on Thursday, July 22, 2010.
On Thursday, July 22, 2010, at approximately 11:38 pm, Ocala Police Department Officers made contact with a 16 year old white female and 26 year old black male who reported having been robbed at gunpoint while at 15 NW 16th Court, Ocala, FL. Both victims advised that they'd been at the above address to visit a friend. Upon leaving the house, just after 11:00 pm, they were confronted by 5 to 6 black males as they were going to get into their vehicle. Two of the subjects produced handguns and pointed them at the head of the male victim while the other subjects surrounded the couple. One of the black males reached into the vehicle and took the female victim's purse. The male victim was thrown to the ground and his I-Phone and gold watch were taken from his pants pockets. The suspects fled the area at that time. Information on the descriptions of the suspects was issued to all officers as they searched the area. Officers did locate 3 black male juveniles in the area who were identified as being involved in the robbery. Black male juvenile Gregory Frazier, DOB 01/25/93, was identified as being one of the subjects who had pointed a gun at the male victim; Black male juvenile Lyndell Thomas, DOB 07/10/93, was identified as a participant in the robbery; and Black male juvenile Craig Frazier, DOB 01/25/93, was identified as the subject who entered the vehicle and took the female victim's purse. Detective Elias Conde was called out to the scene to investigate. Det. Conde charged all 3 of the juveniles with 1 count each of Armed Robbery, Burglary Auto and Petit Theft from Auto. They were transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center for processing.
